Guidelines for users
The Nimbus Task Manager is designed to fulfill the following purposes:
- Allow authentication of tasks that must meet some criteria before work can begin.
- Allow history/tracking of tasks for clients and users.
- Allow management of tasks where many users need to contribute.
Please consider these points when adding or editing tasks, and adding comments. For example, if a task only contains one action and involves only one other person it may be handled more simply through email. Whereas, if a task needs input from several people input and progress needs to be monitored the Task Manager should be used.
